Vince Grima, President and CEO, has served the tile industry since 1994. Born and raised in Cotati, Vince is proud to own a local, family-run business that serves and supports the local community. Vince is active in the community as a 4-H Project Leader, Cal Ripken baseball coach and CYO basketball coach. 

Heather Grima, Vice President and CFO, has serviced as the Controller since 2005. Heather also runs a private CPA practice.
