With years of hands-on expertise in tile installation and slab fabrication, our team understands the artistry and precision required to transform stone and tile into something truly special. We work with both natural and man-made materials and offer full-service installation for all areas of your home. Our in-house slab fabrication team operates from a cutting-edge facility that allows us to craft detailed, custom surfaces to suit any design vision.

Our company is truly a family effort, built on decades of experience, dedication, and community involvement.

Vince Grima began his career in the stone and tile industry in 1993. With over 30 years of hands-on experience, he has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and lasting customer relationships. His expertise in fabrication and installation continues to be the foundation of our company’s success.

Heather Grima is a licensed CPA who oversees the financial and slab operation side of the business. With a background in accounting and management, she ensures the company runs smoothly behind the scenes, allowing the team to focus on delivering exceptional service and results.

Sam Grima has been part of the family business since he was 15 years old. Now 21, he is developing his own skills in the trade, learning both the technical and business sides of the industry. His energy and dedication bring a fresh perspective to the team as he carries on the family tradition.

Together, we are proud to serve our community—not only through our work but also through active involvement in youth sports and youth agriculture programs. Our family values hard work, integrity, and giving back, and we strive to carry those values into everything we do.

Our facility features the highest standards of worker protection and environmental safeguarding. We proudly employ full PAPR respirators for each fabricator and are a 100% wet fabrication facility. Our building uses a water reclamation system to protect local waterways. We run our building from an array of solar panels and are growing our fleet of electric vehicles.

Ben Garcia - Senior Estimator

Ben Garcia began his career in the tile industry in 2000, building a strong foundation of knowledge in both residential and commercial projects. With more than two decades of experience, he brings a sharp eye for detail, accuracy, and efficiency to every project he estimates. In 2016, Ben joined Grima Tile and Stone as our lead estimator, where his expertise and dedication have been an essential part of our team’s continued growth and success.

Recently, Ben’s daughter, Liliana, joined the Grima Tile and Stone team as well, carrying on the family tradition of craftsmanship and commitment to excellence. Together, they reflect the company’s core values of skill, precision, and family pride in the work we do.

Jake Fernandez – Lead Sawyer & Fabrication Shop Manager

Jake Fernandez joined Grima Tile and Stone in 2012 and has been an essential part of our team ever since. As manager of the fabrication shop and our lead sawyer, Jake brings impeccable attention to detail to every cut and finish. His precision and craftsmanship ensure that each piece leaving the shop meets the highest standards of quality.

Jake’s dedication and leadership in the shop embody the values of skill, consistency, and pride in workmanship that define Grima Tile and Stone.

Rob Ransom - Estimator

Rob Ransom has worked in the tile industry since 1998 including time as an estimator for a union shop. His knowledge of the trade and attention to detail make him a valuable member of the Grima Tile and Stone team, where he provides accurate and dependable estimates for projects of all sizes.
Like many on our team, Rob is also deeply connected to the community. He dedicates his time to coaching youth sports, passing on values of teamwork, discipline, and commitment—qualities that shine through in both his coaching and his professional work.
